[Banshee-List] Better Layout

There is an option in Banshee to either have the Browser on top or on the
left. However, the sidebar on the left (with Now Playing, Library, etc)
cannot be moved. Since it is only a short list, valuable screen real-estate
is lost at the bottom of it. Wouldn't it make much more sense to have these
as buttons along the top or bottom of the screen? Or at least have the
option to move them there?
