[Banshee-List] Cache songs from harddisk

I have my music on an external harddisk, which spins down automatically after
some time of inactivity (WD Mybook). If I stop playing a song, wait for the
harddisk go to sleep and den restart playing, Banshee will wake up the
harddisk and start playing 5-10 secs of the song from it's cache. Sadly the
Harddisk needs 15 secs or so to wake up, and so Banshee starts playing the
song, then stops for 5 secs until the HD is ready and then resumes playing.

Any idea how I could tell Banshee to read 20secs to it's cache, so that
playing and waking up the HD goes smoother?
