[Banshee-List] mini mode

Hello, I'd like to point out that the mini mode does not work with
videos (using banshee 1.4.1).

I would try to suggest a new mini mode that is like the current one,
but with more features:
- everything in an applet, so that the mini mode is always available
to the user (similar to music applet)
- a small window anchored to the applet, (centered in the center of
the applet) resizable of course, maybe not movable, but for sure
without the window decorator (the one with minimize, maximize, close)
so that it does not waste space. This window can show the "Now
playing" screen, and should be hide-able with a button in the applet.
