[Banshee-List] Drag & Drop - Enhancements..?

Hi,

I came accross a pretty old enhancement request here:

When I tried to find something about this.

At the beginning I actually thought that this is a bug because it doesn't
make any sense to drop to a playlist with the files "just" being added to
the Music Libarary.
