You should be able to fix this by directly editing your database, if
you're comfortable with SQL. Make a backup copy !

To open the database :
sqlite3 ~/.config/banshee-1/banshee.db

Look for the track in the CoreTracks table, and change the value in the
Uri column to the new name.
