Thanks for the info.  I did install the latest version 1.2.1 via source.  My distro doesn't have it in their repos yet (darn Fedora).  After installing I tried to import again and it didn't work.  It did, however, subscribe to the podcasts I couldn't subscribe to before so one issue has been resolved.  I submitted a bug report for the other issue.

Fedora has 1.2.1 for F9, it has not been pushed due to the security breach. No F9 updates have and nor will they till the infrastructure to push our new signing keys is tested and in place. In the meantime you can fetch the rpms at koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/builds (just search for podsleuth and banshee). We know that sucks and we apologize, such is the reality of dealing with security issues properly.
