do steps 1-2 (or all) like sandy says, then right click Last.fm and
select "Add Station", "Station Type" = lastfm:// url and enter url:
user/<your login>/personal


as I typed this e-mail, I noticed that there is already "Personal"
station which is the same I suppose, so add that one instead.
