In addition to the iTunes importer Lukas mentioned, there is a patch
for importing (and writing) rating and playcount from/to the file's
metadata.   I think iTunes has an option to write this information to
files?  If so, and you had it checked, this patch would theoretically
do it for you.  You can CC yourslef to the bug:
