One option is (if you've still got windows) to download an older version
of iTunes, which'll set yours back. I'm not sure which I loaded onto my
video iPod, but it was from maybe six or seven months ago.
URL: www.oldapps.com/iTunes
Reinstall your iPod software, and that ought to do the trick. Be aware
that podcast syncing doesn't really work (they will get copied, but as
regular songs, not as podcasts. You can use gtkpod to copy those if you
really want the podcasts to show up in the podcast list (though I've
found that amarok actually does a better job of syncing podcasts than
gtkpod).

When I connect my Ipod (nano, 4 GB), I get a message, saying my IPod cannot
be read, i used a version of itunes that is too new for banshee to recognize
it.
What can I do? wait for banshee 1.2?
