Hello all!

There seem to be a few recurring issues that folks are having with building and running trunk. I took a few minutes to write an upstream guide to building and running Banshee trunk that should provide solutions for these common problems.

Also, I have fixed installation, so "make install" and "banshee2" should be working again.
