[Banshee-List] Export Podcast List

I may need to reinstall my OS (Ubuntu 7.10) soon.  I'm not sure how to backup or export the Podcast list?  Or, if I can't do that, I'm not sure what file stores the Podcast list.  Hoping it's not  a binary, because I'm not too familiar with working with binary files.

If I can't export the list, the next best thing would be to back it up before I do a reinstall of my OS.  Anyway to backup the list if I can't export it?  Or just do a backup of Banshee altogether so I don't lose the list?  It's not huge, but it'd take me a while to import 100 podcast subscriptions one-by-one...
