[Banshee-List] Organizing a playlist

In the version of Banshee I have on my Zonbu, I can create a playlist
by dragging items from the library list in the main window to the
laylist I created.  I can't find a way to re-arrange these once I have
them in there though, the order of the playlist is determined by the
order I drop things into it.

I tried dragging a song from the bottom of the list to the middle,
nothing happens.  I looked around for other types of controls, up
arrows etc, nothing.

How do I do this?
