[Banshee-List] Start Banshee Minimized

Hi all I was wondering if there is a way to start banshee minimized, This is
an AWESOME music player, and as a result I have set it in my sessions to
start automatically, but I would like it to start minimized to my task bar,
and I am unable to find a way to get it to do this, it seems to start full
screen everytime.

If it helps I am using Ubuntu Intrepid.
