[Banshee-List] re cognizes music but doesnt play it

it appears to recognize the file which is a mp3, but i downloaded all the
support files and codecs so it shouldn't be a problem, the player just
refuses to actually play the file despite recognizing everything about it.
im somewhat new to linux so id appreciate some advice.
