This was a table naming conflict in migrated databases.  I didn't test
the table name changes against an older database.  Drr...  Should be
fixed now.

Now that the prophet Mike has decended from the mountain and brought onto us his code, I get the following debug output when I try to load banshee (SVN 3725 which should be after the parent post bug). The podcast db was entirely freshly populated when loaded the first time, the bug appeared on the second run of Banshee.
