Are you running multiple instances? An external program like GNOME Do? Also, take a look at comment 5 of that bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356983#c5.

For what it's worth, everyone, another bug was just reported on SVN trunk with the same behavior, so it seems like it's still an outstanding issue (though might be related to multiple instances currently being possible in SVN).
