The error message displays when I add Banshee.Services to the
dependencies of Base. When compiling base I get the following error:
src/Core/Banshee.Base/Globals.cs(120,86): error CS0234: The type or
namespace name `ServiceStack' does not exist in the namespace `Banshee'.
Are you missing an assembly reference?

I wonder why it is working for everyone else because the assembly
reference is really missing...
