I would guess that Feisty has put NDesk.DBus.dll in the GAC instead of
Banshee's lib dir, without changing the pkg-config file for Banshee.
Look at /usr/lib/pkg-config/banshee.pc -- it's probably pointing the
plugin's configure script at a nonexistent file.
