Turns out, a few packages were lost in the upgrade to Edgy Eft for
some reason. In particular libmono-system-runtime2.0-cil. I installed
that and we're good to go. I also had to run apt-get build-dep to get
banshee to compile because I lost a bunch of dev packages. The lack of
banshee depends is what tipped me off to the depend issue in plugins.
