What you need is the 10-usb-music-players.fdi file from HAL CVS. It
should work against the latest released HAL.

You can just try saving this file:
http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/*checkout*/hal/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/10-usb-music-players.fdi?rev=HEAD

To /usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/10-usb-music-players.fdi 

Be sure to back up your original version.
