[Banshee-List] Tracks added to the active source are not displayed

Hello,
I open the bug 349018
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=349018): when tracks are
added to the active source (a DAP source for example), they are not
displayed in the PlaylistView.

I think there are several links missing between the DapDevice and the
PlaylistView:
* DapDevce does not call OnTrackAdded in the DapSource
* PlayerInterface does not call RaiseUpdate in PlaylistModel whn a track
is added to a source
* PlaylistView does not listen to the event PlaylistModel.Updated

I've not been able to fix this issue completely: the first 10+ tracks
are added in "real" time, but PlaylistView is not updated after these
10+ tracks.
