Sure I'm still willing to work on it, I wrote this mail to get some
input to do it the right way (nobody needs a crude hack, especially
since almost all of banshee has been written the right way).

When you start to think of these things, it's quite a hard problem. The
fact that it should preferably be output-plugin agnostic makes it even
worse.

Haven't really been coding on it since then, as I was gone for a few
days and then university started again. A shame actually, should provide
more banshee patches ASAP.
