This issue is fixed in CVS.

abock is aware of this, but I don't know if anyone has figured out why
yet. I get the same problem on Breezy w/ 0.010.4. I also don't know if
this is a breezy specific issue or not. I haven't heard of anyone w/
the problem on non-Breezy stuff.
