How do they 'appear' wrong?  Are the values not getting merged (you
don't see them when you run hal-device)?  If you have the correct
vendor/product IDs and you copy/paste/modify an appropriately similar
device's entry in 10-usb-music-players.fdi then things should work
(after unplugging/replugging your devices, of course).
