Hi,

I would like to be able to interact with mpd like you do in ncmpc ... I do not think a whole new gui is needed just a way of loading playlist (mpd) & then binding play etc... buttons you are then using mpd rather than gst?

Hope that makes sense 

Of course if I could edit playlists for mpd in Banshee that would do me fine lol
