If you don't have the other patches applied then that's to be expected.

Thanks... I knew that, but it at least shows that some acknowledgement is made of the device's existence...

Hmmm, is the device auto mounting when inserted?

Yes, as it always had. The device functions perfectly, it just isn't displayed by banshee...
