[Banshee-List] Banshee 0.9.5

Banshee 0.9.5 is now available. Today's work includes mainly UI polish
and bug fixes, the most visible of which are:

1. Minor restructuring of context and main menu items.
2. Guard against importing the same song twice
3. Save last opened directory in the file chooser
4. Better CD handling with HAL, more responsive, does not re-query CDDB
on every HAL CD event
5. Do not allow DnD in the CD view
6. Right clicking the source view is handled much better
7. Xing now installed as a global gstreamer plugin if --enable-xing is
passed to configure. 
8. Fixed bug regarding importing a track after ripping, very smooth now
9. Of course, other various bug fixes too technical in nature to bother
mentioning here :)
10. Pango markup fixes, escaping text to be drawn (was some commotion in
#banshee about this yesterday)

Note: if you --enable-xing, be sure to run gst-register-0.8 after make
install to update the GStreamer plugin registry.
