Safeguard for fools required :-D

Hi! I just managed to hit the Reply button while all messages in a mailbox were selected. Luckily, this was a mailbox of only medium size, with just about 500 messages inside. Still, opening a window for each reply, and another if it had an attachement, quickly made the computer unusable, so I had to wait considerable time until I could switch to a terminal and kill balsa.

It would be nice if there was some kind of safeguard against stupid mistakes like this! Could you make a check, please, that at most X messages may be selected when Reply is hit and if number_selected > X, show a dialogue where users have to confirm that they really intended to reply to several hundred messages at once? I think X=10 would be a good value: It should be rare that anybody would want to open that many message windows at once, so it wouldn't interfere with users' workflow in general. If somebody really wanted to open that many windows at once, I guess hitting a confirm button once should be OK -- but it's more likely that opening a huge amount of windows is a stupid mistake that could be prevented that way.

Best regards!

Andreas
