Reflow Text doesn't work anymore

Hi,

since I updated Balsa to 2.3.16-1 (on Debian/sid), I noticed that 
<CTRL><R> doesn't work anymore; in the menu, it is grayed out. Is that 
intentionally so?

Another thing: when I'm in a mailbox and new mail comes in on top of 
the list (according to how the mails there are sorted), <CTRL><N> 
doesn't wrap around to display that new mail. So, I have to manually 
scroll to the top of the mailbox in order to access the new mails 
again. Couldn't that be fixed somehow?
