Hi,

I failed builiding the cvs.

ChangeLog revision: 1.2175

Here are the error messages:

[snip]
imap-tls.c: In function `imap_check_server_identity':
imap-tls.c:271: warning: passing arg 2 of pointer to function from incompatible pointer type

Have you upgraded your compiler or openssl library recently? No,

Yes, libopenssl has been upgraded on Debian sid on october 11th. I tried to recompile the previous version of the cvs (10th for me) and it failed also.
The upgrade was the following:
libssl-dev 0.9.8-2 -> 0.9.8-3
libssl0.9.8 0.9.8-2 -> 0.9.8-3
openssl 0.9.8-2 -> 0.9.8-3

I think I have corrected the problem now. Second parameter of ASN1_item_d2i() has been changed from unsigned char** to const unsigned char** in openssl-0.9.8
