remove double qioutes from mail address?

The problem is described best if you have a look at the screenshot below:  
the "To:" address combines both double-quote and quoted-printable  
protection/encoding. When the address is displayed, Balsa (GMime?)  
correctly decodes the qp part (the "ü" character), but doesn't remove the  
quotes.

And idea?
