Thread by references

Balsa should provide the option to thread by references, as in
JWZ threading, but ignoring subject. I get lots of messages with
fairly generic subject lines (not all spam!), and sometimes lose
sight of something recent because it was threaded with a totally
unrelated older message.
Naming the new option could be a problem: the IMAP option for JWZ
threading is REFERENCES!
