ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.0.17 released

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-2.0.17 release
available at http://balsa.gnome.org/

Changes in balsa-2.0.17 wrt the 2.0.16 release include:
- updated GPGME support.
- updated translations.
- build on GNOME-2.6
- and another round of small bug fixes.

You can get balsa-2.0.16 directly from
