Address book double DND

I'm still seeing the bug at:

in balsa 2.1.91.  Basically, dragging an address from gnomecard into the
To: field of a balsa message composition window causes the address to
appear twice.

Also, running "balsa -m someone somewhere com" causes the message
composition window to appear BELOW the main balsa window.  This can be
quite confusing.  Actually, there may not be any reason to display balsa's
main window at all in this case -- perhaps only the composition window
should open an the balsa should exit after the message has been sent.
