Balsa uses gnome_show_url() to show a URL, and lets Gnome handle
the whole process. Gnome_show_url() goes straight to
gnome_vfs_show_url(), so the issue is where gnome_vfs_show_url()
looks for a handler. Possibly it's a .html document handler
rather than the default web browser.
