New druid

I have just commited to CVS a new initialization druid that allows to  
configure the POP and IMAP servers already on the first run - please  
give a try and provide feedback. Perhaps we could also change some  
defaults.

If you want to keep your current configuration do as follows:

mv ~/.gnome2/balsa ~/balsa-config
mv ~/.gnome2_private/balsa ~/balsa-private-config

(test the druid here)

and restore the config with:

cp ~/balsa-config ~/.gnome2/balsa
cp ~/balsa-private-config ~/.gnome2_private/balsa
