another balsa wishlist

Hi, here's another balsa wishlist. I really haven't checked cvs for  
these features, because I have a debian system, and I really do  
understand that I should probably code what I want in myself. Please  
consider the following as mere hints to features, and not a whole lot  
of whining about things that I miss.

I'd like my balsa not to re-read all my mailboxes whenever I create a  
new mbox. This takes a long time, and I see no reason for it.

I'd like to be able to mark characters in email addresses in the To and  
CC field by holding down <shift> and pressing left or right arrow -  
just like a regular text field or the subject field.

I'd like to have a "mark mailbox as read" option when right-clicking a  
mailbox.

It'd be great if there was a "don't allow multiple instances" checkbox,  
a lockfile of some sorts for balsa. Some users (like me!) are stupid  
and will inadvertently launch two, maybe three instances of balsa, all  
which try to download new mail on launch. Gkrellm's mail launcher does  
this, but only for mail programs launched by the mail launcher..

Balsa is king!
