address book and yelp crash out of balsa

Hi,

yelp crashes when launched out of balsa if balsa isn't running from a  
shell (for example if launched by a ROX wrapper or executed by another  
program ie gkrellm). Works nicely if I run balsa from the terminal,  
though.

all of balsa crashes if I try to edit the gnomecard address book  
(message->store address->save == CRASH), and this no matter how I start  
balsa.

I gather this isn't happening for most of you out there. Any  
suggestions as to how to fix these?
