Uncorrectly displayed French accents in attachements

Hi,

If I receive a mail with an attachement that contains frech localized  
data, all the french accents and specific letter are replaced with a  
question mark (?). This does not happens in the message body itself.

I tried to save the attachement with balsa:the data are corrupted with  
the ?
I tried with both mutt and mozilla, everything went fine with these  
ones.

Balsa is 2.0.15

I tried, without success,  to change the options in:
Settings -> Preferences -> Display -> Messages
National (8 bit) characters in broken messages without codeset header
o display as "?"
x display using   west european (traditionnal)
                  west european (euro)


Any idea ?
