BTW: did you know that Sylpheed generates a bad `To:' header?
GMime (under test in cvs) complains about

balsa-list@gnome.org <balsa-list@gnome.org>
I guess the phrase `balsa-list@gnome.org' is invalid. Balsa
encapsulates it in quotes if you try to send to that address.
