libesmtp 1.0 srpm fail to rebuild

on rawhide system, get an srpm of libesmtp and tried;
	rpmbuild --rebuild --target i686 SRPMFILE

after all other packaging stuff,
the stage "Checking for unpackaged file(s)" failed:
Error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/include/auth-plugin.h

which package or what part of setting should be checked?
