Hi people,
I have users running balsa on RH 7.3 and 8.0 servers and displaying on
Linux Thin Clients (X servers) - with no Gnome desktops.
What .gnome[2] config files do I edit to add support (for example) for
pdf? - so the user gets prompted with a viewer (xpdf) instead of just
"Save" when right-clicking on an attachment?
If I try and run file-types-capplet on 7.3 on the remote server (when a
Gnome desktop is running on the console) I get:
** WARNING **: Could not get name service!
** ERROR **: file goad.c: line 660 (real_goad_server_activate):
assertion failed: (name_service != CORBA_OBJECT_NIL)
aborting...
Aborted
So it would be easier if I just knew what config files to edit and what
to change to add appropriate mime type support.
Thanks,
Phil.
