Hmm what is your problem exactly : the filter code is not charset
aware, so if you type a substring for a filter, this string will be
dumbly looked up without taking account of the charset. But I think
this should not be a problem as all strings are utf-8 in Balsa. Or am I
totally stupid here? ;-)
