ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.0.9 released

Hello,

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-2.0.9 release. We 
try to nail down as many bugs as possible now (all the bug reports are 
gratefully acknowledged).

The major changes since the last release include:

- some crashes and deadlocks fixed.
- bugs in --without-esmtp build fixed.
- autocommit feature misbehaviors fixed.
- filtering in presence of deleted messages fixed.

Linking against OpenSSL library is explicitely allowed (README,INSTALL).
