yes i was refering to the api itself.

i have just quickly looked at the balsa-message.c file, the way how the
stream for gtkhtml is opened and shown is perfectly correct. nothing
wrong with that so far. i can't speak of the mimetype stuff e.g.
splitting the html part out of the message if that is correct or not i
don't know.
btw: i know if you create a new html document this is not necessarily
needed but for safety maybe you want to clear the document before
opening the stream by using.

yes i have just looked at the bugreport. it is a known fact that
gtkhtml2 doesn't show every CSS tags correctly but in general it spits
out some warnings about that, without crashing. as long as i have used
gtkhtml2 now i never had any crashes happening with it. i personally
can't tell whats up with it but maybe you gonna like to check that up
with a CVS version of gtkhtml2 (gnome-2-0 branch) (after this try HEAD
branch) and report back since i am personally interested in that. i
recall that there have been some changes in it recently.
