[PATCH] New version og GPG support for balsa 1.3.6

Hi,

I have released a new version of my patch for GPG support in Balsa 
1.3.6.

I add an "Sign on compose by default" option in "Privacy" tab (Mail 
Options). Its state is used in "Send message" window's options.

I modify my code to display GPG verify signature's status with a dialog 
window after displaying message's content :-)
