No it's not difficult to import Netscape email because there are in 'mbox'
format and Balsa suports it.

Yes, to import Netscape email in Balsa, copy nsmail/ directories tree in your
~/Mail.

Maybe, it will be more simple to add an "Import mbox file" option in Balsa GUI ?
