problems with balsa 1.2.4

hi, i catched up a discussion with someone on irc about
recent balsa release.

<xxxxxxxxx>  /usr/i486-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lssl
<xxxxxxxxx> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
<xxxxxxxxx> make[2]: *** [balsa] Error 1
<xxxxxxxxx> but in the config it disabled ssl

<xxxxxxxxx>  /usr/i486-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lcrypto
<xxxxxxxxx> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
<xxxxxxxxx> make[2]: *** [balsa] Error 1

<xxxxxxxxx>  /home/xxxx/balsa-1.2.4/src/print.c:1014: undefined
            reference to `print_image'
<xxxxxxxxx> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

he is using suse 6.4 from what i remember. iirc i reported this
ssl and crypto problems some while back already.
