The configure flags I used were:

 --enable-all --disable-more-warnings --enable-threads --enable-gtkhtml

(By the way, sorry to everyone to whom I sent mailing list messages to
personally. This is part of the reason why I am looking for a client to
replace the sole proprietary software on my system: Netscape Mail :/)
