Bad mail (from Outlook)

Hi all,
here is (part of) a mail I received, its format confuses Balsa : it is
marked as having an attachment, but in fact there is none. I think this is
because it is a multipart having only one part. Damn this seems really bad
format for mail to me, isn't it?
